At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for oversized e-bike boxes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
